Listed for the first time on the website is Opus Oléa Organic. Grown at a higher elevation than their other oil, the unique conditions have given rise to a polyphenol value of 874 mg/Kg.

The latest harvest of Opus Oléa’s non-organic oil is also available now, with a polyphenol value of 560 mg/Kg - a slight rise on last year’s count.

EVOO Score

Each oil now has it’s own EVOO Score, a value that aims to take into account all of the important factors that go into selecting a high polyphenol oil. The higher the score the better. We hope this is another useful addition to the site to help you decide on your next oil.

You can now see all of the oils listed on the website in a ranking table, ordered by EVOO Score, with the most useful metrics gathered together on one page.
