As many of you will already know, for the past few weeks ONSURI has been closely monitoring their shipment of oil from the latest harvest season.

Shipped over in a temperature controlled unit ONSURI continue to demonstrate that they go the extra mile to ensure the oil that reaches you in its freshest condition - important for preserving polyphenols and shelf-life.

Order volume is exceptionally high at the moment and ONSURI are currently working hard to get all of the pre-orders packed and shipped out. If you are thinking about placing a new order for oil now, please allow an extra couple of days for it to reach you.

These are the highest polyphenol numbers yet from an ONSURI harvest. In some oils this can be overpowering, but ONSURI’s oil is closely monitored by the family Sommelier & Master Miller Amelia. The oil grown to prioritise specific phenolic compounds in order to maintain balance with the more delicate grassy and floral notes.
