First 24/25 Harvest Olive Oil

I’m happy to announce the first 24/25 season olive oil is now available for sale! Stavia, the director of Liquid Gold, has released Hygeia 756 and Cretan Liquid Gold. Both olive oils are organic and come with a 10% discount exclusively for our newsletter readers.

🌿 Hygeia 756
The higher polyphenol of the two newly harvested oils, this oil is unfiltered which can leave larger particles of olive in the oil—great for polyphenols, but can also reduce shelf life, so it comes in smaller 250ml bottles. Since acidity is low, this should also help preserve the oil and polyphenols until the bottle is gone.

• Polyphenol level: 756mg/Kg 

• Acidity: Just 0.15% for increased shelf-life.

🌟 Cretan Liquid Gold Organic November 2024
A slightly later harvest of November yielded slightly lower polyphenols in this oil compared to Hygeia, but this is also reflected in the price—£13.05 after our exclusive discount. It also comes in a 500ml variant which could be a good option for those looking for an oil to cook with too.
