Study: A single tablespoon a day could reduce DNA oxidisation damage by 30%

ONSURI have completed their October harvest - the earliest harvest they have ever undertaken.

Harvesting early when the olives are small comes at a cost, each olive will produce less oil, but the oil they do produce will be higher in polyphenols. This year’s Arbequina coming in at a record high for ONSURI: 1504.42 mg/Kg.

In a recent blog post, we take a look at a study that showed an average 30% reduction in oxidative DNA damage based on an 8 week dose of high polyphenol oil. Study participants were taking the equivalent of a single tablespoon of the new Arbequina oil in total polyphenols a day. Read the full details in our blog post here.
